I moved here almost 8 months ago. The move wasn't what I was expecting. During the time we moved in they were transitioning from former manager Carrie to Ophir our current manager now. I think new management has been working hard on making this complex a better living environment. The first couple of months from moving here we noticed there was dog poop EVERYWHERE! Dogs off their leash, kids tossing their trash wherever they pleased. Now, I still see this every now and then but NOT like it was before. They recently took action about it and sent notices on the outdoor situation. It takes a good neighbor to live in a clean and comfortable place and I truly believe my neighbors can do better at helping this amazing complex stay nice and neat. I am grateful to the new management as this is an amazing location to live in. All problems get resolved in a timely manner. Notices are given prior to action taking place. I have been a witness in the turn around of the Addison Apartments and am excited to see more improvements! Thank you Ophir and Sam for all you do!
