I started working with Trudi Breese at the end of June. The customer service experience was poor upon our first contact. Confrontational tone, I was accused of not reading an e-mail that I never received, and the entire phone call was rushed. I attempted to request another claims adjuster after this and eventually spoke with Hayley Turner who instead of providing reasoning for why I can't obtain a new claims adjuster, didn't respond to my e-mail. I understand people become really busy at work, but this was blatant disregard. In my 10+ years as a Progressive customer, I've never had an experience this poor and will unfortunately not be renewing my policy with Progressive. *Cynthia Romero provided temporary support one of the times Trudi was out of the office. Cynthia was phenomenal: excellent customer service, patient, knowledgeable, efficient. I added two stars instead of one because of her.
