I definitely recommend this place. The ladies at the office are amazing. Everything was professionally handled. My unit was renovated to date. Very peaceful community with a gym and pool on location.

I’ve had such a smooth experience, the women at the front desk have been so informative and helpful. I’ve had Greta communication moving from Miami to Arizona. They let you know what benefits you get renting here. My unit was spotless when I came to move in, renovated kitchen bathroom got a gym and a pool it’s all I could ask for. Definitely would recommend

This is your typical low end apartment complex. Roaches in every building. The big girl in the office is dumb or incompetent at her job haven’t figured which one yet. She is also very rude once you are a tenant. I’m on day 9 with a broken wash machine. (9 days from when my work order was submitted and 2 very rude calls from the big girl) A lot of the street signs around this complex are riddled with bullet holes. I’m looking at buying a house, once that’s done I’m outta here. Take your time and find somewhere else. It’s really not worth it.

I signed a 1 year lease with this place last Sept. and they say they lost it from the old place to new management. The manager and management is constantly revolving. Will not resolve issues in a timely fashion. Wills not return emails… not even from the supervisor of the manager there about why O was charged 1 late fee and 6 month to month fees for a lease they could find or did not have from the prior owners. I’m out of a lot of CASH. Living here is a nightmare. Every time you have a problem the manager blames you and will hang up on you. And the place have a reoccurring bug problem!!!! This is prior to the situation … management has always been bad!!! Don’t move here… There just gonna rob you.
