Since the new owners, I'm ashamed that I live here. I've not been able to use the pool. Even walking outside the apartment you can smell it. I've never seen a pool so green and almost black due to not being taken care of. The grounds are trashed and trying to get a work order filled for anything to be fixed is crazy. You put the work order in. Then a day later they send an email saying it's been addressed and you have to put it in over and over again. Mailboxes are constantly broken into so can't even have mail delivered. Gates have never worked and as the homeless situation gets worse in this area they are now sleeping in the laundry rooms. On the child playgrounds, and by the mailboxes. Lived here several years and it was not perfect before but things got fixed on the grounds, things were cleaner and they had security on site to handle the homeless issues. The website is saying there are all these things that you have and they are not here. I have never had bug issues in my life until moving into this place. Bed bugs are common here so cannot even use the laundry rooms here. Have to take everything to the laundry mat to make sure I don't end up with them again. If you can DO NOT MOVE HERE

My air conditioner has been leaking for around 3 months. What really bothers me is that somebody keeps closing the order saying that the problem was resolved, they've done that like 3 times and my ac is still leaking. I have gone to management like 4 times about this problem. They are very nice but they don't solve my problem and I think it's time, it's been like 3 months!!!

I never even got to the point of signing a lease. Villages at Metro Center took my application/admin fee, leased the unit I was applying for, and never bothered to process the application. Several calls and emails has been placed to the property and to Kate Wright the Asst Property Mgr. Emails were not responded to, calls were either dropped or when answered, told no one was available to help and I'd receive a call back. Never happened. I visited the office and still wasn't able to receive any assistance. Im not sure what going on there but they have essentially stolen my money. Short of having to put up with this beyond unacceptable treatment, it occurs in a place with deplorable housing laws.

If you plan on adding them to lease then I beleive it's a 50 dollar background check. But I dont think rent or anything goes up.. maybe utility depend on usage +1 = more utility usage
I used to live in A106 years ago if you are not willing to call the police management will do nothing. My naber underneath me smokes pot and it seeps into my bathroom be thankful that isn't happening!
Not at all. As Kimberly said, you will receive a seperate bill for water/sewer/trash/whatever else they want to get you for. There's always random new charges on my bill. I have a two bedroom, "two" bathroom (1 toilet) with no washer/dryer and my bill is $210 a month. So basically a car payment. Find somewhere else, you'll be glad you did. For the rent here, you can get a wayyy nicer place elsewhere.
