My wife, daughter, 2 grandsons - 2 years and 7 months - and I went to the farm to pick apples. There were tons of ripe apples ready for picking, which we did. But there was more - a pumpkin patch, fruit trees and fruit bushes, animals, tractors, a bouncy house! And the store sold fresh made treats and apple cider. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time.

Fun haunted walk. Not too scary for little kids during the day. We went one time during a charity event and there were people dressed in costume handing out candy and the kids loved it. There also a nice farm with apple picking and pumpkin picking. And you have to get some apple cider doughnuts from the store.

No, the crop was very low this year, PYO ended Oct 5th. What was left was gathered by the orchard workers and is for sale in the store.

Get a bag at the store, go pick them. May have been 17 per bag. There's a tractor with a passenger trailer that will take you up the hill if you want. Also, peaches were sold differently. They're by the pound, weighed after you return to store...and also quite delicious.
They sell apples by the bag -- you pick. About $15 per 10 lbs bag. Great apples!
