Henry helped me activate my sons phone. I was on the phone with Verizon for over 2 hours and they couldn’t figure out how to activate it. After being hung up on when they couldn’t seem to fix the issue, I had gone to my local store. Henry was polite, professional, and helped me with this in a matter of 15 minutes when four different specialists couldn’t figure it out over the phone. I would highly recommend going there and I should have done this in the beginning.

We require employees and guests wear face coverings, maintain a 6 foot distance when possible, and sanitize hands and devices upon entering. We are also limiting the number of guests allowed in the store, have added protective shields to our work stations, and are sanitizing more frequently. For those that are not comfortable shopping in-store we can ship directly to your home, offer curbside pickup, and in-store pickup.
