Unfortunately, after coming here for years, had a very disappointing experience. I was sold a defective carrier for my cat which my cat easily broke out of (the defective zipper) while in the car on the way to his vet appointment—I did test it at home first but obviously the environment is different. He immediately started dashing around the car and near the pedals putting both of our lives at risk. Also missed the vet appointment I had taken off work to attend. The staff provided a refund but refused to take any responsibility for the product they sell. I inquired about any possibility for even a tiny discount on a new carrier and they told us we had to contact the manufacturer of the product if we wanted anything done. They denied having any responsibility for the products they choose to stock. I understand they may be limited in options but the way they deflected the stores involvement was extremely disappointing. Would love to support them instead of larger chains but they don’t seem to care for their client base.

Quality pet food, sturdy dog toys, friendly staff who are able to order any items not available normally in stock.

This is my favorite pet store. Staff are so friendly and willing to help. If they don't have it in store they offer to order what you are looking for which makes their store that much bigger. Their animals are very clean and I 100% recommend.
