Was promised that a suit could be dry cleaned in time for an interview. Was not ready when scheduled. Went in to pick it up two days later and the suit still wasn’t ready yet. Came back later in the day and no one was there, door was locked, even though it was still business hours. No one answered the phone. Found an open side door and a delivery driver, who helped locate the suit. Delivery driver also could not find or get in touch with owners. Never coming back here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Brought in a white jumper to be dry cleaned and they tried to give it to me with the belt heavily discolored (brown). They offered to wash it again and when I came to pick it up, it was still discolored. I said I would not pay for the item since it was ruined. They told me I had to come back to speak to the manager. When I did return earlier, he tried to blame the issue on me, insisting I brought it in with mud on it. He spoke in a raised voice and continued to tell me it had to have been brought in that way. I did not pay for the item since it had been damaged by the dry cleaner and he said “So I did that for free? I love to work for free.” And he literally snatched my jumper off the rack. If for some reason you still want to go here, take a photo of your items before handing them over. Tough. Rip super cute jumper.

Poor quality dry clean and poor alteration services. Do not go here. I got my suit dry cleaned here and requested that their alterations service have buttons sewn into the pants for suspenders. They had my suit for a month, lost the pants and when they found them the next day, they never had buttons sewn in. Then, when I asked for them to keep the pants so that they could sew the buttons, I picked them up several days later and buttons were never sewn in. For a very basic alteration, staff had a very difficult time understanding what suspender buttons were. After getting home, I found two buttons that were randomly and loosely sewn into the waistband which means they started to do the job but obviously didn’t know what to do. Unfortunately, the dry cleaning services they provide are also poor. While they cleaned the suit, the press on the suit caused a double crease on the pants and the collar/lapel on the jacket is creased incorrectly and now has permanent wrinkles. I would not personally recommend this business
