Horrible customer service I had recently got into a car accident an broke an fractured some of my bones in my arms and legs so I’m unable to do my own hair and it’s hard for me to leave my house but my hair has been a mess and at least I could get my hair done I called to make a appointment for a wash and blow dry and confirmed with the woman for 1230 after struggling to make my way out to this location when I got their they told me I had to wait 2 hours because they couldn’t figure out who made the appt with me and said if I don’t know who made the appointment then I can come back in two hours of course as much as a hassle it already is for me to come out here i can’t come back and forth terrible service would not recommend at all.

I have natural curly hair and I asked for pin straight hair and l left with frizzy blow dried hair because she rushed to do my NATURAL curly hair No patience at all everything was rushed the manager is also very unprofessional their paying machines don't work and they acted like my card was the problem and she didn't even want to manually type my card number down she asked me to go to an atm machine instead with a nasty attitude. She repeatedly kept telling me my card was the problem when in reality they need to update their paying machines I left very disappointed and upset!!!

Rosa's salon takes care of all kinds of hair and people. They specialize in extra curly hair and straightening to perfect.
