I could go on about how great the Eliot is. It’s in a great location and apartments are spacious and well-maintained. But the best part of the Eliot is the staff. They are incredible! They’re always responsive and willing to help. On the rare occasion that I needed maintenance support, the team was always quick to come by and fix the issue immediately. Overall a great place to live!

This is an amazing place to live. First of all - the location - can not be better in Boston. Blue line is nearby as well, if you prefer to commute by train. Apartments are nice, spacious, large windows, lots of closet space, spacious bathrooms. Special feature - TV built in the bathroom mirror )) never used it, but it makes guests laugh. )) Nice facilities, terrace, gym, shared office room. Lots of community events: yoga, painting classes, various treats - few times each month. Building is well taken care of (special thanks to Xavier who maintains it perfectly clean!). Maintenance personnel is professional, fast to respond and friendly, I always had excellent experience with them. It's not cheap, but it worth it and everybody who works here are doing their best to make it a great place to live.

I have lived at The Eliot on Ocean since 2018, and just renewed my lease for the 5th year. I haven’t even considered moving anywhere else (having lived in several Boston neighborhoods and acknowledging the increase in rents this year). The location is great: across from the beach (plenty of open space), 5 min walk to the blue line and less than 30 min ride to Boston for work. I feel at home in the apartment and in the building, thanks to the sense of community the management team have created. The apartment is good quality, up to date and super functional. The building’s amenities are excellent. Animal friendly ♥️ and always clean! Most of all, and what has always impressed me, is the quality of care from the management team. We know each other by name and they are always ready and quick to help. Extremely kind, patient and just pleasant to talk to. Thank you Megan, Gabriel and Xavier (to mention a few) for making me feel at home!!
