They need to better soundproof these walls! Like you can practically hear the tenant closing the kitchen cabinets or unplugging something from the wall outlet. My best bet is stick to a private home!

The first person I came into contact with was Andrew who is the assistant manager. Super polite and helpful, he arranged for me to see the apartment at the last minute. From then on I had contact with Alec. Excellent person, very helpful, very nice and polite, always explaining everything, simplifying everything. Wonderful person. The location is great, the apartment is new, clean, cozy. Frank, the maintenance guy is also very nice and helpful.

I am not a tenant however, I went to view an apartment and the woman Kelly was very informative, thorough and pleasant. The office space is cozy and welcoming. Along the walk from the office to the apartment I noticed how well kept the common areas are. Even though they are a smoking community i didn’t notice any signs of it being so, all I smelt was clean linen. These apartments have been here for many many years but seem to be very well loved, Kudos to Management! I saw a few different layouts and loved all of them differently. I left a deposit and hope to become a tenant here for many different reasons. Fingers crossed!

One reason I wish to not renew my lease is due to poor management of the apartment complex. There are several unruly, loud, and disrespectful neighbors in the building and nothing has been done about their behavior. This makes it an uncomfortable living environment for tenants who are respectful and quiet. It is unprofessional for management to not take this in to consideration. Management of the apartment complex needs to be a top priority to ensure a pleasant living environment for the tenants and unfortunately it is not. Everybody is rude and unprofessional and they don’t have respect in the way they talk to the tenants, only one person is worth and knows how to deal with situations and is a very kind lady that works on the office.
