My wife and I will never ever visit another Cracker Barrel for as long as we live because of the experience we had at this location! Service was extremely slow and very very very unprofessional. Waited 40 minutes for food that came out before our appetizer but was constantly told that it was on its way(she forgot to put in the order because there’s no way you can fry steak and catfish before fried cheese). The manager tried to rectify the situation but by that time it was too late. I’m not gonna recommend that you don’t try the place but from my experience, Cracker Barrel should start quality control and this is one of the locations they should start with. BTW, we left before we could eat.

We took our daughter and her two very young daughters because the restaurant was very convenient. We got a very inexperienced wait person. Food took a bit longer than I expected. Food was brought out without silverware, napkins or condiments. Finally, some food items were forgotten. I'm sure he'll get better if he sticks around, but he seemed totally green. On the other hand, the food was pretty good, especially for the prices. We got through dinner without the kids melting down (they were given crayons when we were seated). Other wait staff jumped in to help quickly fix issues. Overall, not a bad experience.

Steak was a little bit dried out/overcooked. Place was a bit crowded, but nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the many selections available on the menu. Overall it was an okay experience. Might try to return at a time when they aren't as busy.
