Haven't had any problems with bugs of any kind in the year that I have lived here. And I'm close to a dumpster. Something I was concerned about when I first rented in the fall. Can't say that there's a smell either and it's summer in AZ lol
Roaches can show up at any complex at any time. There also different kinds and different reasons you may see roaches. If you are ever having issues with this you want to contact us at the office immediately so we can rectify the problem and get ahead of any issues. We like to treat aggressively here so we may even inspect the surrounding units as well to see if the problem exists in other units, and if so treat those at the same time.
