Hey, so I’m leaving a pretty rational review about this place and my experience. I could sit here all day telling you pretty awful things that this management has done to myself and my surrounding neighbors. Your rent price will always be different. Don’t believe them when they tell you that their are set prices with the Utilities (trash, water, insect treatment, ect. If theirs a pipe broken in the landscape somewhere and it’s flooding the area, you’re paying that water bill . It takes the landscaping crew 3 days to finish the job. The pool is never taken care of, it’s mostly green. Besides all that, the company who bought these apartment homes, basically try to push the old tenants out. Management refused to help the elderly couple that lived on the right of me that are basically living in mold from the upstairs apartment flooding. Across from me, a young mother and her kids, their A/C unit went out in early June and besides fixing it, they gave them a portable A/C unit that eventually broke. The management told the mother to “get over it” when the mother showed concern. Me personally, my dog was attacked by an aggressive dog that lived right behind me. This same dog attacked 2 other elderly dogs months apart from each other. The dogs owner works in the office and once again, the management showed zero concern. If theirs any form of issues within the community, you’re kinda on your own. My front door was broken for months. The slightest wind would push it open, even when locked. After calling & showing up to the office face to face reminding them, They fixed it after 2 months of waiting. They have one maintenance guy that works for the community, Kyle, who does the best get can. The apartment complex is also remodeling all the apartments too. I lived in an older model apartment (239) and after I moved out, not even 5 hours gone, they were ripping my apartment apart. Went back to pay the remainder of my final bill from breaking my lease, which I gave them well advance notice, they said I lost my deposit. My apartment was left spotless and clean just to be torn apart… kinda shows the money hungry side of this company. I left the office upset knowing that I got taken advantage of. Besides all the negative reviews, My neighbors and the people that live in this community are great. Just sucks that Mountain View casitas are one of those places where the management and staff take advantage of their tenants. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a place to live, I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. I know it’s hard out there, but safe yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The ladies in the office are extremely professional. The manager reached out to me right after I submitted my application. The front office lady was very nice and professional. Compared to my current apartment at tides on dunlap they are amazing. Clean atmosphere and very quiet.
