Update 7 months later. This place is not amazing, my kitchen is now in about an inch of water. About a year after they "fixed the problem." now after management change, kitchen is still flooding (not new management fault) but after reassuring 'that this place will be turned around" no call back from office, no call back from emergency maintenance. 10/10 would not recommend

Have been here 5 years and this new management is ridiculous and lazy. We’ve been waiting 2 weeks for our ac to be serviced and still nothing, I have called (no answer like usual) and even walked up to the office to let them know nothing has been done and they keep saying they’ll reach out or that they’ll come to check it and I’m still waiting. My ac runs all day to just stay at 84°. My electric bill has been $300 and I even had to buy a $150 fan because it’s so hot . I have a one year old who stays in a diaper all day because it’s hot in my apartment and he’s sweating and they obviously seem to not care just because they get to relax in a nice cold office. Was looking forward to staying another year but after seeing how careless they are, this is not a place I do not want to stay at anymore. I pay $1,600 a month for a 2 bedroom so you’d think they’d maintenance your apt when needed .

What a scam, they charge a ridiculous amount for what you get, these apartments are not worth the rent they charge. There's literally never any parking if you have more than one car. They charge a month and a half if you break the lease PLUS they charge you $1400 if you don't give them a 60 day notice of moving out. Me and my wife lost our jobs to covid and were out of work for 2 weeks and weren't hearing back about rental assistance, so we had to move out. Now we're stuck with a $7300 balance just because we had to move out due to covid. Would never recommend this scam of a property.

Horrible experience. Always had construction going on in and around complex. Maintenance was always in and out of your home, banging on your door until you answer especially if you are working from home it is horrible trying to work. After moving out I was charged almost $600 to have the carpets replaced because of roof leaks (that were never repaired while living there) then the company blamed it on my service animal (who is house trained) for the stains in the carpet. On top of that I was also charged for not having renters insurance when I clearly did, as well as unknown Non-Compliance fees. I try to understand things from every perspective but this was just upsetting trying to stick up for my family so that way the company wont just make a quick few hundred dollars out of me. Worst. Experience. Ever.

We were told by the office that those cards aren't given out now. Apparently the management doesn't care for current residents.
If I'm not mistaken its between 850 to 900. The 3rd level is the cheapest
If the water is shut off with out notice, it is because work is being done in another apartment in your building. These often happen because of an emergency, so a notice is not able to go out in time.
