How loud are these apartments? Obviously you are next to train tracks so the train can be loud from time to time... but what about adjacent apartments? Can you make out words and conversations, muffled sounds, or just the occasional moving noises?

It depends which part of the complex you are in. I can hear everything, including conversations, from the apartments below and next to mine. I'm on the top floor, so at least I don't have to hear what's going on above me... It gets very loud.

Train tracks are loud but you get used to them, I barely even notice them now. No you cant hear people talking you can just hear the occasional moving around sounds!!
