got absolutely rip off. read carefully before signing the contract with them. I signed a contract for a 3 month lease after explaining my situation that the house I was purchasing had been delayed. I requested to cancel the lease 1 month in advanced since we found a new property. I had to pay 650.00 for deposit then got hit for a months rent (1755.00) without even stepping foot into the apartment. All in all, they took 2460.00. I would recommend anyone to take the lease to a lawyer to make sure you understand everything.

I have to say I really loved the property across the street from the beach affordable and most importantly just a great little community made up of a great mix of great people. The staff are such good people the cleaning staff as well as handyman always friendly and most of all the ladies in the management office Jackie and Felicia are so helpful and truly care about their residents.
fun future
Parking is horrible!! They assign you a parking spot. But there are only 11 visitor parking spots for this huge complex. And the 11 are always full. The vehicles never move. I have seen at most 2 available on a random weekend. And just in case you are thinking of having visitors park close by, nope! There is no street parking in the area at all. Unless you are a introvert who never have family or friends visit dont move here!

Rent is cheap and the utilities are included which is awesome. I currently stay in a 2 bedroom and I love the fact that the rooms are pretty much the same size and same size closets which is rare, but perfect for a roommate. Only downfall I would say is that since the building is old and I stay on the first floor, any repairs such as repairing gas pipes always goes through our apartment. We once had an issue with an AC leak dripping onto our living room floor and in our hallway. It took them about 2 months to semi fix it which was a little annoying. Sometimes if maintenance comes to fix something you may have to double check behind them to make sure it’s 100% fixed. I had put in a request to fix my closet door at least 5 times before they finally got it stopped falling off track. There’s a pool and hot tub but both close at 8pm which is okay but i wouldn’t mind it at least going a little longer for those 18 and up. Both Felicia and Jackie are friendly and were very patient with my many maintenance requests which I appreciate. They’ve even put packages in my door (with my permission of course) knowing that I don’t get off work until 5 when the office closes. Other than simple fixes that comes with the old building, I have no complaints. I love that I can just walk across the street to the beach.
