I’m taking Olympic Village Apartments to court they are so trifling. I have been complaining about roaches before I moved in! Also have had a ceiling leak in my bathroom since I moved in 2019 it is sick maintenance doesn’t fix anything then they have the nerve to go up on rent. Third the cabinets are old af and they have not done anything now I have a leak in my sons room and bathroom currently leaking and about to fall. I have complained and complained nothing has been done! I’m also calling 13 news also! Thanks

Do not move here unless you want to deal with roaches. Have been told I have one of the cleanest units yet still battle roaches and they will not enforce the surrounding neighbors to be clean to get rid of this problem. Roaches gross me out and when I did a tour they showed me an entirely different unit then the one I was moving into so when I came to move in they dropped it on me that my unit was different then the one they showed cause I definitely want through cabinets and closets to make sure there were no bugs. I had already signed all the paperwork and made deposits and first months rent otherwise I would've ran the opposite direction as soon as I found out I wasn't going into the unit they showed me. This is one of the worst places to move, the neighbors are rude and disrespectful park however they want to blocking you in your spots and management does nothing about it. I've asked them to put bait down multiple times and instead they will come spray which actually seems to attract the bugs more its frustrating and management doesn't seem to care.

This place is the worst. I needed somewhere to go because my daughter passed away in our old home just needed something different. Since being here I have been disappointed. First the house was not cleaned before I moved in. I had to clean the stove and the bathroom again . Then my stove only comes with one rack they say is the norm. I dont know what temp my stove is on because the maintenance guy used a marker and it faded.also there is an opening between the floor and the wall in my bathroom

Jewels, the property manager, is great! the maintenance is the best we've had in 3 years that we've lived here! Things have definitely improved! of course it's an older apartment so things do break but the maintenance fixes things quickly and effectively, especially my ac!! so thankful for him!
