I HAVE LIVED IN NORTHSHORE FOR A LONG WHILE NOW. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY REALLY DO NOT MIND ANSWERING MY MANY QUESTIONS WHEN I CALL. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY KEEP THE GROUNDS TRIMMED AND HALLWAYS CLEAN. TO ME THE COMMON AREA IS EXTREMELY NICE. THE MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ARE FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. HOWEVER, RENT INCREASES EACH YEAR. I GUESS THAT MAYBE THE CASE ANYWHERE YOU LIVE. THE ONLY QUALM I HAVE IS WITH THE MONTHLY CHAMPION BILL. IT GOES UP EACH MONTH EVEN WHEN I TRY TO CUT BACK ON WATER AND ELECTRICITY USAGE.

My daughter just moved her recently. I cannot say enough good thing about the Assistant Community Manager, Dakota, and Community Manager, Bill. There were both so helpful in working through my daughter's situation and have been so welcoming and kind. They were just as responsive, respectful and kind with me and all my typical mother questions and concerns. My daughter and I both couldn't be happier with her new apartment!

Lived here for a little over a year. Bill was so helpful in the office from the beginning to the end along with Terry. Any maintenance issues were always taken care of within a day. The pool and gym are amazing. Everyone was so welcoming! This was my first apartment that I lived in and it did not disappoint!

I recently moved in and so far my experience has been delightful. I interacted and communicated with Terrie for most of my time here in regards to transitioning to a new home. As a military member who recently came from an overseas deployment I was looking for a place that is able to provide me with amenities as well as a nice space to live in. Terrie was extremely accomadating and helpful, not to mention someone who took the extra steps which were not by means necessary for her to do, in order to help me. She was also very prompt and responsive on all my concerns especially as a new local. The community is very "cute" as it has a nice lounge area that includes a grill station, a pool, a fitness center and business center. The apartment itself is spacious, reasonably priced (considering the remodeled space that has decent appliances i.e. dishwasher, refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal and stove, carpeted floors and big windows) and relatively close to nearby essential businesses. I would definitely be staying here or even consider looking into other complexes or housing provided by their realty group.
