Spring Creek Apartments

I lived in a few apartments before coming to Spring Creek, and so far, this is the nicest. Nikki was the manager when I moved here. She was always nice, helpful, made herself available whenever you had concerns or issues, and addressed them promptly. I've now met the new property manager Renay, and she seems to be just like Nikki. Spring Creek also has a new maintenance crew with Tina being the supervisor. Tina is very prompt, through, and I really likes how she explains what's causing any problems you're having in your apartment. This is the first apartment I have been in that actually fixes things. Being a resident here, you also have access to Hampton Creeks outside swimming pool when it's open during the summer. The only negative issues I really had living here that is/was very difficult to address are who your neighbors are. Some were very loud, rude, and very disrespectful in throwing their trash on the grounds area. Some even used the bushes as a drying station for their clothes. But, those issues have since been resolved. Other than that, Spring Creek is a very nice place to live.

Too Wiggly

Ive been living here for almost a year and I must say the staff here is really great. Maintenance is always quick and friendly. Mrs.Nikki, the manager, is always so nice and knows everything about everything. I’m happy I moved here and it’s the best apartment I’ve lived in in a while.Thank you Anthony for the great review. I l❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️This apartment even that people said the area is not safe ,the price is reasonable clean no roaches no mouses they do review every six months to check any kind of issues in my apt👍🏾. Beyond disgusted with their service. They have a new employee named Davila who told me when I first walked in that she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing. She was in fact correct. She took my application fee and ran my credit report and …It is unfortunate that your are currently in this situation, we very much would have enjoyed you as a resident of Spring Creek Apartments. The biggest obstacle we encountered was receiving the proper paperwork for your animal. The apartments at Spring Creek go quickly and we can not hold a unit unless we have all the proper paperwork and the holding deposit. Please contact the office directly and provide the paperwork in question - we would be happy to put you on the wait list for the next available apartment.
