Situated in Norfolk close to Chesapeake (only ten minutes from Greenbrier Mall & close to I-264) this apartment complex is a hidden gem. Although, the apartment is older I think it has the potential to be beautiful. It is located truly on the edge of water. Although the location is ideal & diverse community (families, single & military), there are some downsides. Amenities: *Access to pool & gym *private patio * Washer & Dryer in units *Water Bill Inclusive to rent * 10 mins from local library & post office Downside: *Sometimes residents leave trash outside of trash can & on premises *Apartment Office customer service could be alot better (maybe customer service training & communication training) *Inconsistentcy of having a property manager (since I only been here a short time experienced 2 property managers within 2 month period & management should inform tenants of new office management changes) * As a new tenant I didn't feel a welcoming ambiance. Overall, I think this place has the potential to be great but it lacks a little je ne sais quoi.

The location is really great and I love that the river is right beside my building. My apartment was so nice when I moved in, and I love that my utilities are included. The office staff has been so nice each time I go into the office or call. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Moving here has been a great experience. The office staff was so inviting on our move in day. Brittany made sure that everything was ready for us to easily sign out lease agreement. We were nervous about seeing the home but the property manager made us feel more at ease when she explained she walks the homes as if she were moving in. Overall, we are very happy with our new home and maintenance has been such a pleasure to work with.

I love this place! My apartment is great and they allow pets so I do not have to be split apart from my little puppy! Plus, the manger there is great and so nice. She helped me get my apartment quick considering we are living in a time where many places are being taken quickly. Someone should tell whoever owns the apartment complex that their employees and apartment are amazing and I hope to live here for a while!
