Great place to live pool beautiful and fun stinks u can't have toys in pool for kids to play with Maintenance ok randy aka shaggy great job does great work he's in and out quick dude needs a raise. Security company they are not so impressive all they do is drive thru lot and shine lights in ur apartment they don't get out and walk the halls to check for squatters but when u call that company dispatcher is rude and a guard will call u after 9pm and bully and threaten you for calling company well its simple if they did their job they'd see what's going on...parktowne apartments pick a better company Invicta sucks

Visited the location for a scheduled tour, the gentleman was very helpful. My only concern was how the people working in the office was gossiping about tenants, I understand that it may happen when working with peers but I felt like it was very unprofessional and made me feel uneasy knowing that any concerns I may have if I had chosen to move in would’ve been talked so publicly, I feel like I’m your face they would seem helpful but the one lady was complaining about someone constantly calling to check up on a maintenance request.

I am a new resident and wanted to share the good things I have experienced while living here. First, the staff is kind and helpful. Shiann was a delight in helping us transition to our new apartment. We even received a kind letter from Laurie thanking us for keeping our former apartment so clean. When we moved in there were a few things we asked for to update the apartment. We had our request within days! The maintenance team is prompt and whatever we needed has been done quickly. So grateful to be in a community that cares. The clubhouse is so fresh and clean and the workout room is well equipped with updated machines and free weights. The shared hallways for our building is diligently cleaned by some wonderful person who gets up super early to sweep out the hallway and keep the laundry room tidy. Thank you for caring. Even today I had 2 maintenance people knock on our door to make sure we weren’t having any problems with hot water. Now that’s proactive! Thank you for caring.

We have been living here for a little over 6 months, the staff is so friendly. Never had any issue with pest only some spiders on balcony especially come summer. I love how clean they keep the outside & bushes. Security gives us piece of mind at night. However I just wish the dryer and washer were inside unit instead of right outside. But we are looking into upgrading to a 3 bedroom and we will see how that goes.
