I love it here! Rent is a good price, and the apartment has lots of space. I am even gonna share the master bedroom my newborn and there is plenty of space. My roommate has the second bedroom and it’s pretty big too. It’s a quiet neighborhood I like it here!

HORRIBLE! They give you specific dates and times for maintenance to fix certain issues in your home but NEVER fix those problems until months later. Even if it’s IMPORTANT! I emailed and called them countless of times regarding a current issue in my townhome(apartment). They barely answer or get back with me. And when they do, they give me a SPECIFIC date and time when maintenance would come and fix the discrepancy but they NEVER come. This pattern been going on consistently for nearly a month in a half. But still, they expect for the rent to be paid on time.. If you are one day late, you’ll get a late fee of nearly $100.. It’s basically their way or the highway. At least that’s how it feels. It’s completely unfair. I’m just being honest !

My experience living here has been full of ups and downs. My husband is in the military and it was convenient finding somewhere affordable and not too far from base. However, before we moved in there were already issues. We made a mistake moving from one Lawson company apartment to the next; knowing their other complex was horrible when we stayed there. Our move in date was pushed back a few days due to the residents not wanting to move out although they said they would by a certain date, which I know that is not entirely the management offices fault but it was huge inconvenience and we still had to wait for them to fix the apartment. Our pushed back move in date finally came around and we were still almost not able to get in because of the weather, but it took forever to get ahold of them and we had all of our things with no place to go. The first week living here my car was towed because I was unaware/not informed of the parking situation. We didn’t receive our car stickers, so I had to pay for that, unexpectedly. Parking is one of the main reasons we want to move out, because almost every couple or roommates have more than one car and it is nearly impossible to find a second spot when you work past five p.m. or on weekends. The parallel parking overall needs to be thrown out, because it doesn’t work well. Water can be pretty high most months even though we barely use water unless we are showering or washing a few dishes. It’s ridiculous most months. If anything needs to be taken care of immediately or soon, it seems as if they put the notice on your door the day of or a few days too late, which screws people over. On the bright side, the office staff is nice and professional. The maintenance staff are great and work diligently. Most problems get fixed really fast. The neighborhood is very quiet. Rent was affordable. I say was because our lease is almost up and we received the notice about how rent would go up if we chose to stay. An up charge of around $100. Which is ridiculous considering the area and the circumstances of the apartment. I would recommend to live here if you live alone or have one car and have lots of patience. Onsite washer and dryers, which are very convenient. Also, there are storage units under or next to your apartment which saves us a lot of money because we have a lot of stuff. Everyone keeps to their self and they are polite. Large dumpsters conveniently located on all four corners of the neighborhood. You can pay your rent online or by check which is convenient. There are hardwood floors everywhere except the bedrooms (in the unit we have) which is great and easier to clean. Spacious kitchen also.
