I went to Solutions after struggling to drop the quarantine 15 (plus a little more in my case 😅). Dr. Newsome is a very friendly and caring doctor; I typically find doctors to be a bit condescending and aloof, but Dr. Newsome is not like that at all thankfully. I lost about 30 lbs over the course of 4 months. I’ve been to diet clinics before, and this was definitely one of the more balanced diets I’ve followed (there are fruits, veggies, protein, & carbs!).
