One bedroom starts at 49.
Cost depends upon the size of the resident's suite, as well as her level of care. Prior to move-in, Spring Hills told us what the monthly cost would be, as well as the one-time move-in fee. Care level is usually re-assessed approximately semi-annually. My relative has been there happily for over 5 years.
