This is the worst service ever! DO NOT book with them. I reserved my vehicle days ahead received confirmation and everything. Once I arrive turns out my reservation is supposedly canceled. I never once received a cancellation email or anything. I was there for over 3 hours trying to figure out why my reservation said confirmed yet they showed canceled. Another couple there was told the exact same thing. They literally tried to rent us the same vehicle for triple the price. Instead of trying to help they were literally laughing at us and taking about us in Spanish thinking we didn’t speak the language. Avoid yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I also had an awful experience with Zezgo. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again. They are crooks!
We had no problem with Zezfo. We did witness an irate Customer but they were attempting to scam Zezgo, they wanted to drive out of state, but had booked for local. When they found out the charge if found driving out of state they pitched a fit. Also you should be aware you can negotiate the holding fee on your credit card. Just ask.
