Horrible place if I could give no stars I would. I went for a reservation I had already paid online, including the deposit and full coverage. I get to the location they want me to add extra insurance and pay an extra $500 deposit. Unbelievable!

I'm so pisted. There is a reason these scammers are outside the airport and not inside. I rented my vehicle for $97 online however my charge at the end came out to 255. They charge 7.99 per day for using a card?????? Then even if you have full coverage insurance they say ur still REQUIRED to pay for PDW per day 7.99 which makes no sense. Also ur responsible for cleaning the car if not you will be charged. They have cheapest looking cars. Your 100% better off going to someone in the airport. The price won't be beat. Plus they don't have hidden fees and they won't be 2018 2019 cars they will be new and decent. I a Hyundai which is consider a midsize car to them and older. 10 thumbs down. Nvr again. My tire was almost flat and they say it's because of the tire sensor it will be fine to drive????? Meaning I couldn't get another vehicle. 10 miles down road tire got flatter. Every day I had the car I had to put air in the tire.

Insurance upscale scam, they require full coverage and would not accept your credit card insurance, but it doesn’t state this during booking process,

I agree completely - this was a horrible experience we had in Costa Rica. Do not use them. They are complete thieves. They told us we had to buy MANDATORY car ins for $350 plus a $3000 deposit or $550 with a $1000 deposit or they wouldn’t rent us the car. They told us that the collision ins I already purchased from Travelocity was garbage. My father rented from the same airport, same time, but dollar rental and their car ins was $180 which was much more reasonable than what we paid. The agents were rude, liars, and they basically robbed us. I would never use them again.

They do have a shuttle. However, when I arrived to Orlando with my family, I called to ask where we could get the shuttle. We went to the spot and waited for over an hour. One of their shuttle drivers apparently didn't care to make their normal stop at the airport and we called 3 times and finally someone showed up. And that driver even didn't have many nice things to say about the company. Also had another guy that was waiting just as long as us for their shuttle that he canceled his reservation and went elsewhere. The car we got wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. I'd suggest not using them.
It may take an hour to an hour and a half for a shuttle to arrive and by then the shuttle may be so full that there are not enough seats for all of the people waiting.

I went to Florida last week and I rent the car with them, I didn't have any issues, everything was good. They gave me the option on the toll fee that I accepted because I was driving all over Florida.. They car was in a very good condition 👏👌👍.
I was wondering the same thing. I got a car that was aweful, the brakes were bad and the alignment was off. When they said circle any damage that you find I circled the whole car. Before I left with it I took a video. The good side.of this is that I lived to the end of my vacation and that they had the toll boxes for 10.00 a day. So I saved a bunch of money there as well as the cheap car.

No. They weren't bad, but there's nothing that would make me recommend them over another rental company. Service was decent, but slow, especially when returning the car.
Most car rental places won't rent to people under 25. To be on the safe side, you should have someone of age with their own insurance there with you to pick up the car. This rental agency isn't known for being especially congenial. If they do rent tk an 18 year old, be sure to shell out a lot of dollars in insurance.

There's a shuttle from the airport. The ride is about five minutes, but you may wait up to 30 for the shuttle. It's in spot 11.

Think you're better off calling to get an exact total or going through a website like Travelocity to book. Travelocity will give you the total right then and there. Just double whatever that figure is to account for a deposit that should be released once the car is returned, undamaged of course.
In Florida liability falls on the rental company not the renter so no need to have it. You likely want collision insurance though through your own insurance company if covered or through your credit card. They are a little pushy about insurance and the epass but if you are confident about not needing coverage and tell them your insurance carrier then they won't require you to take theirs. Its indeed a sketchy rental company but cheap. I didn't have problems but was nervous the entire time.
