Mike saved our Disney trip! Family of 7 coming down in an RV and stuck in traffic jam for 3hrs+ on day of pickup putting us there after 5pm close. I called frantic that it would derail our entire trip but Mike stayed until 7pm to make sure we got our rental! He definitely went way above and beyond to make sure we got our family vacation. Can't say enough good things about this man taking time away from his family to take care of us. Definitely grateful for this experience. 🙏

Greetings, I let you know that this experience was super !!! The staff was very professional, friendly, good communication in English and Spanish. The vehicles are very clean, new and reliable. Really thank you very much for all the help. I recommend them 100 percent. Happy and satisfied customer with the excellent service.

Google maps says this location closes at 6 but it closes at 5. I made a reservation for pickup at 5. Wouldn't it have made sense for someone to realize my pickup time was the closing time and call or email me? I just spent an hour in traffic and took off early from work. I'll stick with enterprise rentals from now on.
