I have never had a salesman take the time to be so thorough. In the past I usually have to jump through some hoop to get my phone activated. Not this time. When I left the AT&T store on McHenery, everthing worked and all issues were resolved. Thank you!

Had a problem with protective shield . This store would not replace the old shield with a new one because I got it online. The store didnot have a replacement shield.

I am a long time customer and have always used this location for everything. This store however now has the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They (the employee and manager) would not explain to me why att paperwork says phones being traded in need to be in good condition but they said it had to be perfect. If that’s the case then the documents are wrong but they didn’t care. Plus as I was walking out the were both laughing out loud. Obviously they were talking about me the customer. I will never return and I will tell everyone I know not to.

The woman who helped us was very good and she was bilingual which was good because my wife speaks Spanish. She was very helpful and nice.

Because they are greedy. I used to have AT&T but dropped them before my contact was up because they kept charging me for who knows for what. I got frustrated and tired of having to go there every other month to go over charges on my bill that shouldn't have been there. Too many hidden fees.
One is greeted at the door, a representative asks what you need, and puts your name on a list. They get your cell number and request that you to wait in your car. First come, first served no matter whether you're there for a purchase, payment or support.
