We went in to pick up an online order. Super fast and easy. We purchased a phone case and paid a balance on my phone bill. We did not get a printed receipt, but my card notified me of the transaction. The next day I decided to upgrade a second line, but the balance I paid the day before was still showing and wouldn't allow me to upgrade the second line. When I called Verizon, they said to wait 3 days for the payment to post to the account. I waited a week, the payment still hadn't posted. When I called back I was advised to call the store because the store was saying that my payment didn't go through, even though my card showed the money taken out. I was advised to wait for my bank statement to show the payment processed and take it to the store to have the adjustment made. In the meantime, I have a late fee on my account. When I try to contact the store directly, I'm directed to Verizon customer service. The direct number to the store just rings and rings. So frustrating.

You can just go to any Verizon store and open an account. But if what you are wanting is online access to your account, then just download the Verizon app from your play store or apple store and sign up for an account.
OH WOW Totally agree..I don't understand it either. It's really frustrating. I hate it.

I understand they are busy but that's not my question. Let me clarify, if you call the number that Google has it kept going to the call center. I don't want to talk to them. I need to know if they have a particular color of the s8 in Stock in the store.
