Great staff! Attended us very well. Food was great and at a good price. Similar to another great korean BBQ restaurant from the Bay Area just missing a few items. Will be coming back to try their sushi.

First time, after Covid & when all the restaurants reopened, we came here.the food was ok, but what make me so mad is Salad was all dirty & still have sand from the collecting,which i never saw at all in any restaurant(cuz it's a very simple thing that u need to clean & wash all the food before it served to clients),i can fell it in my tounge. We told the waitress to change another one, hoping they would say Sorry or sth to make customer sympathy ab it,but Nothing. Second time is last night, the manager was overreacting ab how to set up table, understand so slow, not flexible. A whole family w 2 kids & some friends came after. Very easy, & they're so slow last night, but took her a while to discuss ab where to sit. When the robot waitress came out, 1 of the Belly pork meet dropped fr the plate, she used her bare hand to put it back, that not how it work, she can use the chopstick or any tool on our table, not her hand. & the other male waitress was telling us More Sauce is extra, more butter is extra ( it's a bbq grilling restaurant), So funny weird. We came to lots of restaurants every weekend. Always understanding for staffs & tips well. And 2 visit at this place, 2 times very upset. In a Customer Servive Business, if u guys work this way, no more clients coming in the future, will be slow and slower. Very honest review & hope the owner will make it rite to make your restaurant more professional.
