Great customer service from Leah the store assistant manager. She help me with a new chip since my original one was older. She also helped me set up my new iPhone πŸ“² helped transfer the information from my old phone to my new one. She went above and beyond, she was respectful and professional. Thank you Leah!!!!!!!! Coming back with her with any issues with my phone. Makes me happy I have AT&T knowing that store in particular has great workers.

The vibe was pretty cool in there, good music and they did a good job of helping me understand everything they were doing. 10/10 Will be coming back to this store to do business again

I just want to start this off my saying I’m not one to spend time writing a review but this process was very upsetting. Yesterday I purchased a brand new phone, I had service when I walked out the door and a couple hours later I had no service! I called the 24/7 customer service he let me know they made a mistake and did not activate my new phone with a new sim, ( they put my old iPhones SIM card into my new phone). I had no problem with this what so ever because I work in customer service as well and mistakes happen. He lets me know I have to go back to the store and have them active my phone with a NEW SIM card. I went back and unfortunately was not able to finish the process because they needed to verify the phone number by sending a message to another phone on my ATT line, my sister the owner on the account was sleeping so I had no option but to come back at a later time when she was awake to receive the message. Keep in mind at this point in time which was earlier today around 10 am, they in fact did have a SIM card. When I went in for the third time when I was able to have my sister verify my number I was told I had to go to another store to get a SIM card since they are ALL out of SIM cards! Makes no sense since a new SIM card comes with all new phones. I haven’t purchased a new phone in about 6 years and I wasn’t even able to use my new iPhone for about 24 hours! like I said it was okay if there was a mistake made but the fact they didn't Try to fix their mistake or do anything To make this process easier is frustrating. I am so happy with the other att store who helped me within 5 minutes!!! Please save your time and go to the Sisk AT&T store, they know what they’re doing! I hate to leave a bad review but this was suppose to be an exciting process and they ruined that for me, just want to help out future customers.
