MUST READ !!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This is the worst place to ever to rent from . Please don’t rent . Clearly if you do research all they have is bad reviews. I had reserved to have a car picked up @ 9:30pm . There was suppose to be a shuttle that picks you up after arriving at the airport to take you to the rental . After an hour of waiting I tried getting in contact with them over and over and never got an answered to then later find out by the operator that they closed at 8pm . I had to Uber from the airport to my Airbnb that night and then Uber to routes rental the next morning . Upon arrival they told me that they were going to refund me bc they had no cars to give out . I had already lost my whole morning at this place . Finally they gave me a car that was all crashed . Keep in mind that from the rental place to my Airbnb I was 45 mins away . Half way driving back come to find out that the car had a flat tire . So out of pocket once again I had to find a place to put air in the tire . Thinking that would solve the problem it was worse than I thought . I had my day planned to be at Disney . After leaving Disney I come back to the car and the rim is completely on the floor . Routes expected me to drive back on a flat Instead of sending someone out . Again out of picket I had to call road side assistance to put air in the tire . Called routes told me they would change my car . When I got there they told me they didn’t have a car big enough for the amount of passéngers I had . They gave me a a smaller car and I took it bc I was furious that my whole vacation was basically a hassle with this company . They didn’t want to refund me or try to help out in any way . They just want to take your money and don’t care about the customer . DO NOT RENT FROM THEM . They’re prices were good but now it makes sense to ask why !

This place should not be in business!! They are straight up liars and will do anything to keep your deposit; on top of that! When you rent thru a third party they tell you purchase insurance but when you get there they tell you they don't use it and you have to buy their insurance!! I can't even say lesson learned since I called them myself due coming from a different state.. Straight up liars..

I wish zero stars was an option. Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Way over priced. They gave me a dirty car and they are COMPLETELY unreachable over the phone. You literally can not reach a human when you call the number. I suggest renting through the TURO app in Orlando. It's like Air B&B but for cars.

They left us stranded at the airport this evening with no rental car and a medically fragile child that needed to be hooked up to a feeding pump...carrying all sorts of medical equipment and a wheelchair The employee LITERALLY told me “ma’am it’s not my problem cancel your reservation and go rent somewhere else “ I cannot believe this!

If you are landing on A terminal than the pickup is at station A11 ,A12, A13 if on B terminal its at B11 B12 B13 both on lower level

Yes there a shuttle downstairs in wit there name on it. You just there and wait for the shuttle and it take to the car rental lot then when you return the car to the rental lot the shuttle take you back to the airport. They have a lot of shuttles so you don’t wait long
Please contact the company directly. It depends if they have other upcoming bookings or not. Probably they can assist you but you'll have to pay more.
I "think" they do it out of convenience for a high traffic tourist area. They only need to deal with their insurance company for any and all issues.

My deposit was $500 for 45 hours with my own insurance..It only cost $48 for the rental. I've never paid that much for a rental deposit in my life. RIDICULOUS!
Not far at all, maybe 5 minutes and the shuttle runs I think every 30 minutes depending on how many people need to get picked up, I'd honestly recommend a different company though as my experience with this company wasnt very pleasant as I had a lot of difficulty when I first arrived.
I am not sure about the seat but all car rentals suppose to have that.and they are not at the airport it's like 8 mins drive away,but they do have a shuddle(van)pick u up.
Just go to ENTERPRISE it's closer and cheaper
Yes, wait outside. The van is white. They do not have alot of Vans so the wait is a little long.

All of their cars are brand new or close to it. Every car I've rented hasn't had any issues. Every 6 months they have new vehicles. I've never had to call them about any car issues but if they said they would call me back regarding an item I left in the car. They called me and shipped it back
Depend on when you drop it off cause we had a early flight and they weren't open yet when we left town
