This business is absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else. The issues are too long to mention. Just to give you a couple of issues. They charge you $90 for pre-paid tolls. However, Florida is not currently charging for toll roads due to the recent hurricane. You won’t get your money back unless you complain. We are still waiting for that refund.

Total disaster! We were offered a passenger van like they use to shuttle you back and forth to the airport as they were completely out of rental cars. There were at least a dozen people behind us and more arriving as we left with no cars available and only a handful of those mini-buses available for rent. Clearly they rented everything they had without regard for reservations. Nearly ruined our trip. Not worth saving a couple of bucks to go with this company. Stick to the majors.

The service, professionalism, car cleanliness & price are the best in Central Florida. The staff was kind, clear and accommodating. I rent cars in Orlando often, and this was my best experience by far. The car was in excellent shape, it was safe and they were even thoughtful enough to have cold water bottles while you wait for your shuttle or for your cleaned car to be delivered (a small detail but a truly thoughtful one). I will ABSOLUTELY be a loyal customer.

Even if the rental car was free you would still end up coming out of pocket!! Express check out fee!?!? It's a car rental place, I should only have to pay money if the drop-off is late, not for arriving early. Tried checking the website to see where this policy is stated....is there even a website. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I had a good experience with the company
You pay a $10 fee that no one tells you about until after you drop your car off and then they charge you credit card...3 hours later when someone actually starts working. Terrible!!!!

Greetings Action car rental is excellent they have reasonable prices and they have all kinds of cars and all kinds of 15-passenger vans
They were unprofessional and they won't give you the advertised price you found online
Before purchasing they will ask when you will return the car or give them a call
1 min late it's $500 for an extra day.., read the small print. $10;day for paying with a debit. Fees for returned early. Or dirty. My car had dents dings and scratches all over be sure to get pics and mark everything no matter how small.
You need to take shuttle from the airport to the car rental. It comes around every 15 minutes or so.
