I work for cust svc for an insurance comp and got a call from a policy holder who wanted to rent a car there and the rep told her insurance was not going to cover the rental. I spoke to Jenn from the Orlando loc, she was super rude and had no idea what she was talking about, she described some kind of coverage, threating the cus that she will be responsible for. I asked that girl if she could explain what that coverage was for in her own words and she just kept reading something unable to explain. I Was the one explaining that any damage to the car not related to an accident is covered by comprehensive and any accident would be covered by collision. The cust had full coverage so she didn’t need anything extra. Still that Jenn was remarcably annoying telling the cust she was going to be responsible for some kind of damage that she couldn’t even explain. Of you have full coverage in your car the insurance will be transfer to a rental car, you don’t have to buy additional from them.

This company and this branch had done a sensational job from start to finish. Very efficient, very professional and competively priced. I don't know what your issue is with them but if presented reasonably and rationally, you will be looked after. Great business from my perspective!

Something similar happened to me. I had reserved a van because we're a family of 7, with luggage. When we arrived, we were given a sedan and an apology. We ended up waiting 2 hours for a van to be returned and cleaned before we could use it.

I was not told upon booking the rental car about the $500. It was a surprise when we arrived. They then charged me over $100 just to use my debit card for the $500 hold. I do not recommend using them. Stay with a car rental that is not out of the country owned

Don't rent from here. This place is a disgrace

Yeah, I used them two weeks ago and it was a nightmare. I would use anyone else. If you have a breakdown/flat tire, no one will answer the phone apparently. They gave me a car with a low tire light on. Tire blew out and it was one hell of a fight. Terrible service. And don't fall for the scam with the toll free SUNPASS unless it's just for the convenience. EVERY toll we drove thru for a week had a cash line. Regardless of them saying otherwise. Good luck!

Their cars come with sun pass for a fee but they do not have a unit in the car. So yours should work. Coverage is up to you and check with your insurance before making a decision on buying theirs

They rent for both.

Apparently there are cash tolls and transponder only tolls. You should be able to check Google maps to at least identify the toll roads and plot routes around them. We hit one cash toll on 528 just before Hwy 4.N which had none up to Maitland. If you're going to Kissimmee we always go south out of MCO to Erlo Bronson.

They have free shuttle to and from Orlando airport.

Shuttle runs every 15 to 30 minutes depending on time of day and volume.

A Shuttle arrives at the airport that takes them to the Green Motion office 5 minutes away. Greetings.

18 is the minimum...but be prepared to pay young driver fees. Also you cannot rent a 15 passenger vehicle at 18...fyi if you were planning on doing so 😁

Pick up locstions are on the confirmation sheet. At MCO I believe it's A12 or A13 and B12 or B13

The problem with full size cars is that, while you might be able to fit 6 people inside it, there's typically only 5 seatbelts. Probably should go with a safer option of a bigger vehicle with third row seating or two smaller cars and split people up...just my opinion, take it as you wish.

They are the worst to deal with super unprofessional

They will have the tolls

If you prepaid make sure you cancel AT least several days in advance. Also check your credit card to make sure they charged/returned the correct amount. Would not recommend this company. They are not located on the airport.

Had an outstanding experience with them earlier this month! Linda was tremendous, looked after all our needs!
