I went to get the minivan the i had a reservation on 25 of Oct. 2019 after almost an 1 hr of waiting the girl at the counter said the they don't have the van the i reserved then i asked her ok then what and she said she can't do nothing for me

I had a great experience with them, even to the point that when i was on my way to return the car, accidentally missed a toll, and they backdated the toll package to the start of the rental. Guess it depends on who ya get
