If I could leave lower I would. The management would take weeks on end to get back to you about an issue. No matter the way you contact them: phone, email, through the portal, or even in person it took forever. Their staff also always had attitude and had a way of making you feel stupid and would not offer an solution for you. We also got overcharged on the last month we rented and were told we were going to get that back, but instead they stole that money kept it, and proceeded to ask for a $600 fee for cleaning and not resigning. Absolute worst place I’ve rented from.

Avoid this apartment like the plague. After moving out of the apartment due to them jumping our lease renewal an extra $600 month, they are trying to add more fees that we shouldn't be paying. I initially had accent walls in three of my rooms. Before moving out, I spoke with Stacy to get the paint color so I could paint them over. I was told due to the full renovations, we would not have to worry about repainting. Now a month later, I'm getting charged for carpet removal (even though they were already planning to replace most of the carpet with vinyle and the rest with a greyer shade) and a full repainting (even though the new walls are a new color and they only had to paint over 3 accent walls). When I asked for pictures of the damaged floors you can tell that someone manipulate them to make the floors look more damaged than they should. I made videos of me walking through the apartment which obviously showed how the carpet really looked yet they still are saying that they have to go with the pictures and charge us for things (a) they were going to do anyway and (b)using falsified records as their last ditch effort to get more money out of me. Now, I have to take them to court. DO NOT RENT HERE.

If I could leave a lower review I would. This place will never answer your calls or emails and when you finally do get ahold of them they say they can’t answer your questions and they have to get back to you. Shocker, they don’t. I could never get a straight answer from them and even when we got confirmation on final payments, they us fees on top of fees. The valet trash service is never available and most of the time you will find that the local critters have gotten into it, and you then have to pick it up and take it out yourself. It is a ridiculous $40 waste of money. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This is my update a year later…I had originally given them 5 stars. Since the new management company has come in we have had issues with the trash service we all pay for with our rent. 5 incidents in 2 weeks of them not coming to pick up the trash and the raccoons come and get into it and scatter trash all over the floor. I’ve talked to the management company multiple times with no change or solutions.
