I know that Airbnb rented rooms in this complex and other people rented 600 per month with included services furnished
I can't speak for other properties, but I can say Linden Crossroads was better when it was Alexin Crossroads. The previous management company cared more about the community and safety. The current management company does not seem to care. Cars broken into, don't hire security or install cameras, only send emails about not leaving valuables laying in plain sight. Security door not locking for months, BBQ grills not working, emergency lights not functioning with power loss, all require special contractors which take months to complete, if at all.
