Hey Ken, If you have a valid and unrestricted Florida Drivers License or ID Card, you basically receive immediate approval after completing the state application as residency is able to be validated from the DMV electronically. You will be able to purchase with your license until the physical card arrives in the mail. If you are seasonal and do not have a Florida Drivers License or ID Card, it can take up to 5 or 10 business days for the OMMU to review and approve your alternative proof of residency documents.
Hi Mina, We handle new patient certifications, transfers and renewals for you MMJ Cards 7-month physician orders also referred to as the recommendations. The OMMU or Office Of Medical Marijuana Use processes the annual application for the physical medical card, but we are happy to assist with this whenever needed and the state now offer same-day approval for those with an unrestricted FL Drivers License or ID.
