We just experience a major hurricane in my area and I was charged $300 to have my cable replaced and tech to come out. Just got power back after 8 days and now I have to wait to have someone restore my cable so that I can work. I will most likely cancel my service with Comcast. Yes. If you don't want to wait too long, you can make an appointment or if you have the time, you can go stand in line.
Hold down the set up button until the red light goes green then press 991. The remote will blink green twice, then keep pressing the channel up button until the TV turns off then immediately press the setup button to sync the remote to TV. Do not press channel up too quickly. This process works for all TVs, however, some TVs will take longer than other to turn off.

You're better off calling but yes.
Make sure you get a detailed receipt of everything you return. We returned all our boxes and later got billed for one. It's a process proving to them you don't have it.
You can go to paper statements if you wanted to but that will remove you from eco billing and add a fee of $10 monthly.
My moble went from 30-35 to almost $70. Was in the store for a new phone, the rep explained it was all on my husband's line. He drives a truck an downloads Audible books. Simple solution, download from home so it is done WiFi. No data charges! Thanks, Alex.
You can also go to any actual UPS store. It must be a UPS store not a pack and ship type store and they will do all the work for you

I am almost positive that any address in Cape Coral is eligible for XFinity services. If I was you, I would call XFinity and ask to be sure though.
Ed, You don't need a Comcast box per TV but it depends on your meaning. When you say your televisions are equipped for Roku, do you mean they're smart TV's, and have a Roku app then you only need a central modem and/or router. If you do not have a smart TV, then yes, you'll need to have a separate Roku device per TV. That being said in either scenario you only need a single modem/router.

Yes this location moved to 311 SW Pine Island Road. I tried to update it but Google wouldn't do it. I drive from Fort Myers to this one because the one here is so horrible. They are extremely nice and helpful there. I don't know Cape Coral much but if you need to visit definitely go to this store.

Wow! I don't know what to say. Can you get into the local Comcast store? The one in Cape Coral is moving somewhere near Sam's store in Cape Coral in June or July they told me. Maybe just ask for customer service and say you want a supervisor to file a formal complaint.Did you get a picture of the truck?
Most likely, several days. Administration is a total joke, Be sure to constantly ask if you are being charged as they mislead you and charge you.
Forgive me, but the best way to get more accurate information is by linking to Comcast. They have assistants who speak Spanish. I hope it has helped in something.
