Wow! I don't know what to say. Can you get into the local Comcast store? The one in Cape Coral is moving somewhere near Sam's store in Cape Coral in June or July they told me. Maybe just ask for customer service and say you want a supervisor to file a formal complaint.Did you get a picture of the truck?

I would go to one of their service centers

Id go straight to Comcast with your proof of damage and demand they come out and fix the issues
