Called Comcast and was informed my main tower is outdated, that is why I am having so much trouble, can I bring it in to local office, and get a updated one with instructions so they don't have to send one?
It would be wise to bring back the box if you have no intentions on placing it in a different room. They will charge you for it until it is brought back.
You get charged each day you don't bring back your old box. Its a DVR box if you want to record
