In an attempt to switch to AT&T, i wentb to this location. 23 minutes standing around with zero acknowledgement. Not even " we'll be with you shortly" basic customer service goes a long way. 3 employees up front and 2 observed in the back.

Sorry, but what a bad experience. If we weren't buying anything, the rep was not going to help us. We were told to go into a physical store to straighten billing overcharges but he wouldn't even look at anything or let us explain. Not getting anywhere on the phone with them or in person. We were told they're such a huge company with so many customers, they can't care less. Not good business after we've had this corporate account with them for almost two decades. Our supposed business rep is who caused this mess and she won't respond either. This has been going on since October, I think we've been more than patient and wasted hours on the phone trying to straighten it out. By now it's a $2500 mistake. But I guess we're just supposed to forget it. Bad business AT&T

Product was not available in the store and while the sales associate was knowledgeable, he was not very engaging and seemed bored being there.
