When my car was delivered back to my house, upon checking i noticed deep scratches on both my front tire rims. I sent a message both to Victor (service advisor whom i sent pictures of the damages to) and Jeff Summers but I have not heard anything. This is unacceptable because I have been very careful with my car and to have this happen is just disappointing. I’m also still waiting for them to get back with me since the service was incomplete because they were not able to change my transmission fluid due to unavailability.

Stay away! Bought a refundable extendable warranty. 12 phone calls, 4 voice mails, 2 emails, 2 calls to corporate, enlisting the help of another dealership, and nothing! The other dealership actually recommended I obtain an attorney. Disgusting. Will be contacting the local news then taking her advice and obtaining a contract attorney. Buy anywhere else! You have been warned!

The GTC has more HP and torque. I would say it's more aggressive. I love them both though. We don't have the roads to get the whole experience...
Social distancing at its best.. This establishment puts there clients first 🥇. Disinfecting constantly, vehicles and entire building. Every employee or client must wear masks. I feel very very safe whenever I visited.
If this was happening to my Mercedes I would definitely take it in to the nearest Mercedes dealer or to my favorite down by the millenia mall and see one of the service manager for Courtesy inspection or just a plain inspection to see what the problem is before it gets worse.
