Today I went to the Porsche dealership on Vineland because I lost my key. This was my first time at this dealership as I go to the one in Maitland. I came in the front door and proceeded to the front desk to ask where the parts department is located. There was a gentleman that walked in behind me. The two ladies at the reception were busy on the phone. Another employee came down from the escalator, Clearly I was there before the gentleman but the employee literally walked around me to greet the gentleman that came in behind me and asked if he needed assistance. After he asked him if he needed help he then turned to me and asked me “ What are you here for?”. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but today was a shocker to me and I am very disappointed in how I was completely ignored. I hope today was a teachable moment for this employee. I voiced my concerned to another employee who I was told is a manager. Customer service should be #1 always! I am the type of person who shops at a business for how I am treated. I will continue to go to the the dealership in Maitland! Today was unpleasant especially when I am there to spend my hard earned money

My car is 2 years old and has only 5k miles on it. Brought my car here for oil change. They INSISTED that I must do a 30k-check and replace all the sparkplugs for $2400 before getting the oil changed. When I refused the 30k check and replacement of all sparkplugs on my car that has only 5k miles on it they refused to do the oil change all together.
