This walk in office was amazing. The front desk staff treated me right away and answered all my questions. I was brought back right away by Valerie the on-site NP. She was so great! I really impressed by her, she was so kind and helpful! I asked her to be my assigned pcp but unfortunately the walk in care providers can’t be :( This policy should be updated! 10/10!!

I was out of town for holiday from Seattle, I did not feel well and needed to see a dr. I walked right in , they took my insurance I was in a room within 10 minutes with the Drs assistant. When she was done taking vitals etc the dr came in. She was kind, empathetic, thorough in her exam. I needed some antibiotics she sent it to the pharmacy and within a half hour I was on my way. I wish my GP at home was as kind and caring Blessings L

I made an online appt before coming in. Unfortunately, I thought it was for the same day when in fact it was for the next day (duh!). In any case they were still able to see me a couple hours later in the afternoon. Pleasant, efficient, professional experience. My issue was straight forward and their response was the same. I would use them again in the future for similar issues.

My experience was great. I made an appointment and was taken immediately. The front desk greeter was welcoming and kind. I met with NP Valerie who listened carefully and asked questions to get clear on what was going on. She was smart, compassionate and helpful and took great care. I had previously gotten a Covid vaccine there but It was my first time using Walk-In for a problem. I was very impressed and grateful.
