Thing go alot smoother. Had one lady probably the first that was rude the entire time for no reason. But it was decently packed but was running smoothly.

Had an appointment and sat in the lobby waiting almost an hour afterwards. Personnel not helpful. Pretty rude. But once we were called, LaKeisha was great. She made the rest of the process a lot better. Professional, nice and customer friendly. I give her 5 stars.
