Bob is great at what he does, he's very knowledgeable and quick. I work for a very busy office and whenever someone needs a prescription filled quickly I send them to Rose Pharmacy!!!

Horrible! Should of read the reviews before trying to buy a simple package of insulin syringes from this place. First, a $3 pack they wanted $6 .. Ok I said, I'm out. But when I handed her a credit card she freaked out!? I could have understood such a small item (that was already doubled in price) and the cost of a cc but she was upset I didn't have my ID on me? I said my airbnb place was a few miles away and I didn't bring my wallet (plus I've NEVER have been asked for ID for a c.c. purchase in my entire life!?) And then she rudely snaps, "Well you're driving WHERE'S YOUR LICENSE!" I guess she was worried a $6 purchase (which cost them $1) would be rejected by Visa after they approved it!? I could of handled having to go somewhere else but the rudeness of this place is beyond the pale! (And up to this Bend just has the nicest people!) LOOK AT THE REVIEWS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

You will want to exhaust every option available to you before going the Rose Pharmacy, even if it means driving to Portland. My wife had 2nd degree burns on both hands and her fingers. St. Charles told her to get Xeroform bandages which are bandages covered in vaseline. She was supposed to wrap her hands daily with these. St. Charles told us to go to Walgreens to get them OTC. They were out, they recommended Rose Pharmacy. We went there and Robert, the Owner said we needed a prescription. We told him Walgreens and all other pharmacies in town sell them OTC and that the St. Charles ER verified that. He said 'I don't care, I require a prescription". I pulled Xeroform up on my phone to see you can buy them on Amazon, the problem is it would take weeks to get. I showed him, he said he didn't care. We ended up leaving, had to come back the next day (wife's hands untreated) while St. Charles called in a prescription. In the interim, we drove to CVS, Walmart, Norco and Rite Aid, all were sold out due to covid supply chain problem. St. charles said they literally never had to write a prescription for this product, ever. We went back next day to pick up from Rose, he gave us the wrong size (large 5x9 inch) patches that we cannot wrap her burned fingers with. Asked him for the 1" strips, he said "no, not on the prescription". I said it's the same exact bandage only smaller, and begged him to sell me the strips. He refused then told me to buy scissors and cut them into strips. Keep in mind these patches are coated (soaked) in petroleum jelly and extremely messy. I expressed my concern about the risk of bacteria and infection, he told me to buy alcohol and sterilize the scissors. Off we went to walgreens to get scissors, alcohol and sterile gloves so I can cut the wrong sized product to the correct size for my wife's 2nd degree open wounded burns because he refused to sell us the 1" strips that he confirmed he had in stock. I've never been so angry at anyone in my life. This person is beyond unreasonable and an extreme risk to your and your loved-ones health. I would recommend driving to Portland before considering going to Rose pharmacy, I don't know how he can stay in business with the poor service, attitude and health risks he puts people under. Not to mention, he is an extremely bizarre person who appears to use his "power" of having product for people in need, to treat people poorly. Please learn from our experience and stay away from Rose Pharmacy.

Bob or Bobby who is the pharmacist at Rose Pharmacy should not be in business. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a pharmacist who was confrontational, rude, disrespectful, was insistent on recommending over the counter creams as oppose to the prescribed medication that has been working for him for years. We relocated here from Atlanta, GA and had great experiences dealing with our previous compound pharmacy, never had an issue with express delivery, shipping or questioning the doctors prescription. This Bob dude, made constant excuses for running late filling out the prescription, he told me he had to call High Lakes to ask for clarification of the prescription. He used memorial day weekend as an excuse, that he was behind, he told us it would be ready by Thursday and when I called Rose's to make sure on that Thursday, he once again told me that he did not make a promise he would have the prescription ready that day. He called my husband telling him that he was going to modify the prescription. Unfortunately, the Bend area doesn't not have options for compound pharmacy so you are the mercy with dealing with Bob. Never have I ever gone out of the way to post such a harsh review but the community needs to be aware that you will be in for a very horrific experience. I have read many of the reviews and I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience. I am surprised the Rose Pharmacy hasn't been put out of business. Also, I have spoken to one of my other doctors who will no longer send prescriptions to Bob cause of his argumentative nature.
