Anyone charged $500.00 without your knowledge. I've reached out multiple times and get left on hold indefinitely as soon as I ask about my money wish I checked Yelp before renting 11/2 stars 3 weeks they still haven't responded to me or master card

I was not told upon booking the rental car about the $500. It was a surprise when we arrived. They then charged me over $100 just to use my debit card for the $500 hold. I do not recommend using them. Stay with a car rental that is not out of the country owned

Yes it shows up on your card but its a hold till 3-4 days & refunded once you return the car. Also, when i picked the car & signed papers , the person mentioned to me about this process so it wasn't unexpected. Even when I drop off car, the lady told your 500 will be refunded in 3-4 buss days. So hopefully once you return it will be all fine 🙂
