If you prepaid make sure you cancel AT least several days in advance. Also check your credit card to make sure they charged/returned the correct amount. Would not recommend this company. They are not located on the airport.

I went to get the minivan the i had a reservation on 25 of Oct. 2019 after almost an 1 hr of waiting the girl at the counter said the they don't have the van the i reserved then i asked her ok then what and she said she can't do nothing for me
